- Reflexology | targeting the organs via your body’s ‘reflex points’
- Reflexology is a treatment where the therapist works primarily on your feet. The theory behind reflexology is that there are ‘reflex points’ in the feet, hands and ears that relate to specific organs and glands in the body. Practitioners believe that stimulating those reflex points promotes health in that organ via the body’s energy pathways. Reflexology can be used to help restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium. The gentle therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.

Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular sessions help to prevent the build-up of stress in our daily lives.
